Ash Bhardwaj is an award-winning journalist, author, and presenter, recognized as one of the UK’s top travel writers. His diverse career has ranged from working as a cowboy in Australia to being a ski instructor in Switzerland, and even teaching Physics and Chemistry. Recently, his focus has been on reporting from some of the world’s most challenging locations, exploring the human condition through the multiculturalism he encounters.
His debut book, “Why We Travel: A Journey into Human Motivation”, delves into the psychology behind our desire to travel. Over the years, Ash has undertaken several expeditions, including crossing the Everest with wounded soldiers and a journey along the new Iron Curtain. His TV series Expedition Borderlands won the Best Documentary Series award at the India TV Awards.
In addition to his extensive journalism career, Ash collaborates with renowned brands and speaks at prestigious events. He has recently become an ambassador for the organization Explorers Against Extinction.
