Mário Cunha’s great passion is nature photography. Despite having a PhD in Biology and enjoying this field very much, he is really passionate about waking up early, walking in the woods or on top of a mountain, portraying nature in moments that it shares with few. He sees nature as an open, ever-changing book where luminosity, contrast, geometry, color and textures change all the time. His greatest pleasure is finding potential in the landscape to create images that are a reflection of his own essence.
